Sylvian Suites is the latest refurbishment project situated in the historical upper town district and located within a short walking distance of the O'Callaghan Eliott Hotel, Main Street and the independent senior school, Prior Park. This apartment is located on the ground floor.

Our brand new 1 bedroom apartment is simply beautiful. It has been thoughtfully designed to look good and be functional at the same time, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
There is one double master bedroom, and a sofa bed (double bed) in the spacious living room with smart TV.
Better than a hotel and more comfortable, you can make use of our full kitchen and dining area. You’ll find a brand new washing/dryer machine tucked away in the hallway cupboard.

Our luxury bathroom with spacious shower makes getting ready for your days and nights out a dream.

Check-in is available from 3PM to 11PM. You can self-check-in by collecting the key from a lockbox located in our office at 27 City Mill Ln.

In the heart of town, only a minute away from the busy Main Street yet located in a quiet street. Easy to walk to all main attractions.

Transit
there is an excellent bus service here and most buses stop in the market place bus stops by Casemates square. Limited on street parking is available or you can order a taxi directly outside the property.

Notes
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION
-As from 1 August 2022, hotel and Air BnB visitors will be required to pay £3 per person per night for the duration of their stay in Gibraltar.
-The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter .
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
