Welcome to your stylish retreat in the heart of London's Maida Vale neighborhood! Nestled on the second floor of an elegant building with a convenient elevator, this 2-bedroom apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, complete with private parking.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an elegant building with elevator. The entrance hall leads into the open plan living and kitchen area, with wooden floor and filled with natural light. The house has been professionally designed and is filled with stylish features and comfy furnishings.
The bright living area features a sofa, flat screen television as well as a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the flat.
You will also find a trendy wooden dining table and chairs for six, should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many chic restaurants of the area.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a clothes washing and dryer machine, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. A iron and board are provided for your convenience.
There are three separate bedrooms (two with a king size bed and one with a single size bed), with nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. The apartment features 2 bathrooms; one of the 2 bathrooms are en-suited to one of the double bedrooms (one full with a combination bathtub/shower, one half with shower).
All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided, and you will find the beds neatly made on arrival. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 people as well.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months.

We are committed to protecting our properties. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID and sign a tenancy agreement.
The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter.
Access will be granted only to the number of guests specified in the original booking; any additional guests beyond this number will not be permitted to check in.

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
Immediate Eviction Policy
Please be aware that we have a strict policy regarding disturbances. In the event of:
Unauthorised guests on the premises,
Noise disturbances, or
Any other disruptive behaviour,
you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
