A spacious apartment measuring around 90 square metres and located at Malta's most sought after tourist elite area Sliema and St. Julians. Ground Floor apartment in a quiet area. Just 100 metres off the promenade, the apartment is located within walking distance to the best eateries, pubs, and swimming area. Bus terminus for all locations in Malta is just 300 metres from the apartment.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 people and consists of:
• Main bedroom with double bed, ensuite shower.
• Guest bedroom with 2 single beds
• Fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances, fridge and freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, utensils, pots and pans, iron + iron board etc.
• Large patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ
• Large living area with Smart TV and 1 large double sofa bed for 2 extra guests
• Family bathroom with bathtub/shower
• Washing machine

Check-in is available from 3 PM to Midnight, facilitated by self-check-in.
Please request and obtain approval for any early or late check-ins at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Neighborhood
Sliema is a vibrant and upscale coastal town, known for its stunning seafront promenade, stylish shopping streets, and lively dining scene. Perfectly situated just across the water from Valletta, it offers spectacular views of Malta's historic capital city. Guests can enjoy leisurely strolls along the waterfront, relax at trendy cafes, or explore the town's rich history and culture. With its excellent public transport links, proximity to beaches, and buzzing nightlife, Sliema is the ideal base for a memorable stay in Malta.
Transport
Bus stops: Just a 2–5 minute walk from most areas in Sliema, offering direct routes to Valletta, St. Julian’s, and other key locations.
Ferry to Valletta: A quick 10-minute ferry ride from Sliema Ferries (around 500m away).
Malta International Airport: Approximately 25 minutes by taxi or 45 minutes by bus.
St. Julian’s and Paceville: A 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along the scenic coastline.
Sliema's central location and transport convenience make it easy to explore all that Malta has to offer.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
Disclaimer: Please note that we are not liable for: 1) faults caused by third-party providers (WiFi, water, gas, electricity); 2) sudden faults in appliances such as the air conditioner, heating, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker, and television, which are subject to wear and tear and may not function during your stay. While we ensure these appliances are in working order upon your arrival and will do our best to rectify any issues that arise, we cannot be held responsible if spare parts are unavailable or specialized contractors are not immediately available; 3) noises caused by neighbors, construction sites, or anything not directly related to the property itself.
