Beautiful, central 1. bedroom apartment in the heart of Pieta. Upon entering the apartment our guests are welcomed by a large and bright living area, with a flat large TV, a comfortable sofa-bed (for 2 extra guests) and a modern open space kitchen, fully equipped with Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.. Also included in this apartment a beautiful bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, and a nice balcony, accessile from both living room and bedroom, and a washing machine.

The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.
We offer a self-check-in procedure through a secure link. The official check-in time is 3PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 3PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.

Neighborhood
Tal-Pietà is a coastal town, and an old boathouse of notable historic interest (now in use as a restaurant) is located on the waterfront. Also of historic interest, and visible in several old prints, is the little chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows, which dates from the seventeenth century, still in active use today. The parish church, however, goes back only to 1968. It is dedicated to Our Lady of Fatima and is run by the Dominican Order.
In the area you will find many food stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
Also, the most attractive point, is the side walk next to the marina where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views, also admire boats and luxurious yachts.
This special apartment is in the centre and in front of the harbour, many amenities such as convenience stores, coffee shops, kebab shops are at a walking distance from the apartment block.
It is a lively neighbourhood and the promenade which is opposite is amazing for a walk with friends and family.

Getting around
The bus stop called 'Gwardamangia' is just round the corner at about 100m.
Valletta is only around 5 minutes by bus whilst St Julians is not more than 15 minutes making it a perfect base for anywhere you want to visit in Malta !

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Environmental Contribution: Since June 20th, 2016, the government has imposed an Environmental Contribution on all types of accommodations. This fee is €0.50 per person per night for anyone aged 18 and above staying on the Maltese Islands, regardless of nationality.

Lead Guest Requirements: The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.

Ants Alert: During warmer seasons, ants can be a common issue on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter some ants during your stay.

House Rules:

No smoking or pets allowed.
No parties or loud noises. Please respect our neighbors by minimizing noise when entering or leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
Cleaning and Other Charges:

The final cleaning fee covers general check-out cleaning. Please maintain cleanliness and tidiness, particularly in the kitchen. Additional charges may apply if the place is left untidy or if dirty dishes and garbage are left behind.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 fee per key set for replacement.
Utility Bills for Extended Stays: For stays longer than 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills in addition to the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.

Consideration for Neighbors: Please be considerate of neighbors and maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, including the elevator and stairways.

Check-In Details: Check-in time is from 3 PM to Midnight with self check-in. Guests are required to fill in their information on a secure link.
