Welcome to our charming apartment located in one of the most elegant elegant neighborhoods of Florence. This three-level residence offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay in this beautiful city.

Space
Situated on the first floor of an elegant building (please note there's no elevator), this unique apartment spans three levels, offering a spacious and comfortable stay.
At the middle level, you'll find a cozy living room complete with a television and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals with local ingredients. Also on this level is a luxurious master bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower.
Descending to the lower level, you'll discover a lovely double bedroom, ideal for a peaceful night's rest after a day of exploring the city's sights and sounds.
Ascending to the higher level, you'll find another delightful double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a shower and a convenient working desk area, ideal for those who need to catch up on some work during their stay.
The apartment comes with all the modern conveniences you'd expect, including fast WiFi, washing machine and air conditioning (at the moment only in the upstairs bedroom), ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to 4 people.
Additionally, the apartment has been freshly refurbished, offering a contemporary yet cozy ambiance.
NOTE: The apartment spans three levels, making it unsuitable for individuals with limited mobility.

Access
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Neighborhood
The apartment is nestled in an elegant neighborhood of Florence, offering easy access to a wide range of amenities. From supermarkets to shopping centers, bars, restaurants, and various shops including clothing and hardware stores, everything you need is within reach.
During the day, the area bustles with activity, attracting both locals and tourists alike. However, despite its lively daytime atmosphere, the apartment is tucked away on a tranquil street, ensuring peaceful nights for a restful sleep without the hustle and bustle.
It's worth noting that the Airbnb is conveniently situated just a 2-minute stroll from Via Gioberti, one of Florence's most prestigious streets, and a mere 5 minutes from Piazza Beccaria, further enhancing its accessibility and desirability.

Transit
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which stands for “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located just outside the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you can do so without risking a fine.
Walking distance to all the major attractions of the historic center.

Notes
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in in compliance with Italian police regulations through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Long-term Stays: By Italian law, stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement.
No Smoking
No Pets
Noise Restrictions: Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please be considerate of noise levels when entering and exiting the flat, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors: No external guests in the apartment without prior written approval, as per police regulations.
Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. Please maintain cleanliness, including kitchen clean-up (no leftover dirty dishes or garbage). Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
Electricity Usage notice: Italian homes have a limited electricity capacity. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. To reset the power, turn off the devices before switching the electricity back on. The main switch, a white box, will be pointed out to you upon arrival.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Disposing of other items, especially feminine products, can cause blockages and may incur damage charges.
Heating Regulations: Per local laws in Florence (zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April 15.
Lost Keys: A fee of €100 will be charged for each lost key set.
Utilities for Long Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the guest is responsible for all utility bills, calculated based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
