Easy access via public buses, taxi, electronic scooters or by footThere is a multi story car park 5 minutes away from the apartment, however on street parking is also available at no cost at all.

Please take note of the Environmental Contribution introduced by the Government in June 2016. This fee of €0.50 per person per night, up to €5 per stay, is aimed at enhancing tourism infrastructure. It applies to all tourists over 18, including locals. Other important points to consider:
- Ants are common on the island and may be present during your trip especially during the summer; we provide traps and repellent spray, please let us know if you need more!
- Smoking and pets are not allowed.
- Please respect quiet hours after 11 pm.
- No unauthorized visitors allowed.
- Keep the place clean; additional charges may apply if not.
- Proper use of the septic system is crucial; damages may incur charges.
- Lost keys incur a fee of €100 per set for replacement.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for additional bills based on actual consumption.
