Neighborhood
The location of this apartment is unbeatable as it is in the most vibrant and sought after area in St Julians; Spinola Bay. Yet with very little direct traffic, you will feel the sense of peace while being in the centre of all the action.
Spinola Bay is one of the most romantic bays in Malta; going up the hill, one can admire the little old chapel, Spinola palace, a number of typical Maltese town houses decorated with traditional windows, as well as arched boat houses on the quay. During the evening, the street lights reflect on the calm sea that is full of quaint fishermen’s boats.
St. Julian's or San Giljan, is a hub for new and luxurious hotels, many different kinds of restaurants and trendy nightclubs, mostly centred in an area known as Paceville. For this reason, St. Julian's is popular amongst both the locals and tourists alike, especially during the summer months, where visitors take advantage of the good weather to enjoy long walks on the seafront promenade.
Getting around
Easy access via public buses, taxi, electronic scooters or by footThere is a multi story car park 5 minutes away from the apartment, however on street parking is also available at no cost at all.
There is a taxi service and a bus stop 5 minutes up the road from the apartment so getting around to all the cultural hot spots and beaches is very easy.
The bus stop is right across the road from the apt where you can visit the island from north to south!

Important Information for Your Stay
Environmental Contribution: A fee of €0.50 per person per night is applicable for all tourists aged 18 and above, including locals, staying on the Maltese Islands. This contribution, capped at €5 for each continuous stay, goes towards enhancing local infrastructure in tourism areas.
Ants Alert: During the warmer months, ants may be a common issue on the island. We provide traps and repellent spray, but please be prepared to encounter some ants during your trip.
House Rules:
No smoking or pets allowed.
Strictly no parties or loud noises. Kindly minimize noise, especially during late hours, out of respect for our neighbors.
Written approval is required for outsiders to enter the apartment, to comply with police regulations.
Please leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy upon checkout, including the kitchen. Additional cleaning costs may apply otherwise.
Septic System: Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet to avoid clogging the septic system. Charges may apply for damages caused by improper flushing.
Lost Keys: Replacement of lost keys or getting locked out incurs a fee of €100 per key set.
Extended Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for additional bills based on actual consumption, in addition to the agreed rental fee.
Check-in Details: Check-in is from 3pm to Midnight via self-check-in. Early or late check-ins must be requested and approved 24 hours prior to arrival.
