The apartment is ideally located between st Julian and Sliema ferry, in a quiet street and a short walk from the seafront and the promenade.
Bus stop, cafe and restaurant are within walking distance.

Space
You will have full access to this apartment located on the 3rd floor, which is served by a lift. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 people. The first bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, and a balcony. The second bedroom also has a double bed and air conditioning but does not have a window. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room is fully equipped and includes air conditioning. Here, you can add two foldable beds if needed. The kitchen comes with an oven and hob, fridge and freezer, and other essentials.

The living room has another balcony, an LED TV with free cable access, and unlimited free Wi-Fi. Towels, bed linen, pillows, and blankets are provided at no extra charge. The apartment also includes a washing machine, and a travel cot is available upon request.

The building is situated in a very quiet and safe area, which is its biggest advantage. It is just a 1-minute walk from a supermarket convenience store, a hairdresser, a beauty parlour, and clothing shops. Within a 3-minute walk, you’ll find a bus stop (making a car unnecessary), the Sliema Promenade along the coast (ideal for walking or jogging), shops and shopping malls, open pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafeterias, Balluta Bay, a sandy and rocky beach, Independence Garden (a great place to rest, read, chat, and access free Wi-Fi), and swings for children.

Paceville in St. Julian’s, known for its restaurants, open bars, nightlife, gaming companies, casino, and Portomaso, is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute car ride away.

Access
The flat is on the third floor of one of the newest buildings on the street. A high ceilinged building enjoying plenty of natural light for the duration of the day.

Neighborhood
The property is located in one of the most sought after streets in the area. It is a short walk from the Sliema promenade where you can sample a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, enjoy a nice walk, or head down to the beach for a swim.

Transit
The best way to see the place is on foot, but for the more distant destinations Sliema is very well connected with the bus routes to other parts of the island, and taxis are available within minutes of requesting the service. There are also bicycles and electric cars available for sharing. Two bus stops are on the promenade a few minutes walk from the apartment.
You will find the timetables and route on publictransport malta.
Parking is free on the street and there are often places available nearby when you are not in the high tourist season.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Environmental Contribution: Since June 20th, 2016, the government has imposed an Environmental Contribution on all types of accommodations. This fee is €0.50 per person per night for anyone aged 18 and above staying on the Maltese Islands, regardless of nationality.

Lead Guest Requirements: The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.

Ants Alert: During warmer seasons, ants can be a common issue on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter some ants during your stay.

House Rules:

No smoking or pets allowed.
No parties or loud noises. Please respect our neighbors by minimizing noise when entering or leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
Cleaning and Other Charges:

The final cleaning fee covers general check-out cleaning. Please maintain cleanliness and tidiness, particularly in the kitchen. Additional charges may apply if the place is left untidy or if dirty dishes and garbage are left behind.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 fee per key set for replacement.
Utility Bills for Extended Stays: For stays longer than 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills in addition to the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.

Consideration for Neighbors: Please be considerate of neighbors and maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, including the elevator and stairways.

Check-In Details: Check-in time is from 3 PM to Midnight with self check-in. Guests are required to fill in their information on a secure link.
