The apartment layout is distributed in a modern way on a surface of 50 square meters with everything you need for comfortable stay in Florence.
It has one double bedroom, a cozy entrance hall leading to a bright living and dining room designed as an open space, an elegant bathroom with shower in addition there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen.
For anyone who wants to spend a quiet stay, in an apartment equipped with every comfort, from the choice of linen, to the dishwasher, washing machine, TV with internet connection, WiFi, air conditioning and every need for the bathroom is welcome.

Access
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

We are at your complete disposal to answer any questions before and during your stay. We have many tips for the city and its surroundings.

Neighborhood
The zone of the apartment is a happy zone but it is also quiet.
The Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio are at 200 m from the apartment.
Via dei Neri, the street of the famous "Antico Vinaino" is just 1 minute away! Santa Croce zone is also close the apartment.

Getting around
You don't need the bus or the car every thing is nearby.
the taxi is the best way to arrive at the apartment from the station and from the airport.
If you come by car please advise me because Florence is not so easy by car and you will need a parking.
In any case you don't need anything, no car, no bus because every monuments are at 2 or 5 minutes by feet.
If you want to do a nice walk you can go to Piazzale Michelangelo by feet in 30 minutes or in 5 minutes by bus (number 12)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in in compliance with Italian police regulations through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Long-term Stays: By Italian law, stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement.
No Smoking
No Pets
Noise Restrictions: Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please be considerate of noise levels when entering and exiting the flat, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors: No external guests in the apartment without prior written approval, as per police regulations.
Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. Please maintain cleanliness, including kitchen clean-up (no leftover dirty dishes or garbage). Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
Electricity Usage notice: Italian homes have a limited electricity capacity. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. To reset the power, turn off the devices before switching the electricity back on. The main switch, a white box, will be pointed out to you upon arrival.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Disposing of other items, especially feminine products, can cause blockages and may incur damage charges.
Heating Regulations: Per local laws in Florence (zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April 15.
Lost Keys: A fee of €100 will be charged for each lost key set.
Utilities for Long Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the guest is responsible for all utility bills, calculated based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
