The apartment is part of an elegant building with a concierge and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Private garage parking is also available upon request.

For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM

As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:

From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)

From 7pm to 8pm: €25

From 8pm to 10pm: €35

From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45

No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made

Neighbourhood
Bosco Verticale is located directly across from the apartment and is a world-renowned architectural masterpiece that is a must-see. Piazza Gae Aulenti offers a lively atmosphere with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Corso Como is lined with trendy boutiques, cafes, and vibrant nightlife venues, providing the perfect setting to experience Milan’s fashionable side. The Biblioteca degli Alberi (BAM) is a beautiful urban park where you can take a leisurely walk, relax, or enjoy a picnic.

Getting around
Our apartment is perfectly situated to make getting around Milan easy and efficient. The nearest metro station, Garibaldi FS, is only a short walk away, giving you quick access to all major parts of the city. Milan’s Central Station is also nearby, offering regional and international train connections. From Garibaldi FS, you can easily reach key sightseeing destinations, such as the historic Duomo di Milano, the bustling Navigli district, and the cultural hub of Brera.

For those traveling from the airports, Malpensa Airport is about 50 minutes away by train or taxi, and Linate Airport is a 25-minute drive. There are also convenient bus and train options to connect you to both airports. The area is well-served by trams and buses, and Porta Nuova’s pedestrian-friendly environment makes exploring on foot or by bike a pleasure. Whether you’re heading out for a day of sightseeing or commuting for work, you’ll find transportation options easily accessible from our apartment.

Notes
**IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW**
- Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
- All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations.
- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Strictly no parties or loud noises.
- Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors.
- No outside visitors without written approval.
- Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges.
- Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival.
- Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed.
- Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee.
- For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property.
