- Environmental Contribution: The government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on all types of accommodation, effective since June 20th, 2016. This contribution, amounting to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands, is applicable to tourists aged 18 and above, regardless of nationality.
- Ants Alert: During the warmer seasons, ants may be a common issue on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are usually effective, but anticipate encountering some ants during your trip.
- House Rules: - No smoking or pets allowed. - Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please respect our neighbors by minimizing noise when entering or leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM. - Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
- Cleaning and Other Charges: - The final cleaning fee covers general check-out cleaning. Please maintain cleanliness and tidiness, particularly in the kitchen. Additional charges may apply if the place is left untidy or if dirty dishes and garbage are left behind. - Lost keys or lockouts: €100 per key set for replacement.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
- Please be considerate of the neighbors and maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, including the elevator and stairways.
