## Space
Maximum comfort and superb amenities for a wonderful vacation or business stay. This 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, with an interior area of 90sqm and 2 large terraces of over 30sqm, providing you with a choice of sun or shade during the day, as well as a great evening for outdoor dining. Large windows and doors throughout the apartment allow a nice cool breeze when opened.

The living room has access to two large terraces with stunning views overlooking Ocean Village, the Marina, and the Rock of Gibraltar.
This room has a dining table for 6, a TV area with a 60-inch Philips Ambi light Smart TV. The sofa converts into a double bed and has a comfortable sprung mattress for a comfortable sleep. This room is equipped with a powerful air conditioner.

The master bedroom with bathroom has a double bed and overlooks the apartment terrace and the ocean through the window.

The second bedroom has also a double bed . The room has a beautiful view of the marina. The second bathroom is located next to this room. This room has a strong air conditioner.

Both of the two bathrooms have showers.

Terraces: these are the main attractions of this magnificent apartment. There are only 6 apartments in Gibraltar with these terraces overlooking Ocean Village. You will have more than 30sqm with views of the marina, Ocean Village and the rock, where you can dine, rock in the chair or sunbathe on the sun loungers.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator or 2 flights of stairs if you walk.


## Access
Check-in is available from 3PM to 11PM. You can self-check-in by collecting the key from a lockbox located in our office at 27 City Mill Ln.

We are at your complete disposal to answer any questions before and during your stay.

## Neighborhood
Comprising of 6 tall buildings with great views of both the Rock and the sea, Watergardens is a great development. Watergardens ground floor is home to a large range of restaurants, shops and bars. Set in the city's entertainment quarter, Ocean Village, where you will find great restaurants, the 5-star yacht hotel, casinos, bars, pubs, as well as a marina for big and small boats alike. Ocean Village draws both residents and visitors from all over the world.

## Transit
Paid parking can be found in the private garages of Ocean Village or the ICC, located 1 min away. The flat is very central and you can reach the majority of amenities by walking.

## Notes
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION
-As from 1 August 2022, hotel and Air BnB visitors will be required to pay £3 per person per night for the duration of their stay in Gibraltar.
-The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter .
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
