I Cinque Trulli a traditional rustic Puglian trullo with swimming pool that sits in a 10,000 square metre grove of olive and pine trees.

Space
The 5-cone trullo ( I Cinque Trulli in Italian) has been lovingly restored, keeping its original features and adding 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to give you a countryside Italian experience. The living areas and traditional kitchen all sit under beautiful natural stone trullo cones, as does the master bedroom. The property is well equipped for a family holiday.
An accessible free parking is at our guests' disposal.
To the front of the property is a terrace, surrounded by statuesque olive trees with an outside barbeque and a smaller terrace overlooking the olive grove. At the front of the terrace you will find the amazing pool with gazebo, equipped with sun loungers, umbrella and pool toys. Please note : swimming pool is shared with the landlords ( they live in the villa on the other side of the park) but for exclusive use of our guests at the following hours: morning 9-13, afternoon 16-18. Hours can be flexible ( landlords are very friendly and accommodating), but are necessary to provide a daily sanitation of the swimming pool.
The land on which the property sits is entirely enclosed within its own gated walls. Our trulli are close to 3 fantastic towns: Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Alberobello (the UNESCO World Heritage town of Alberobello).

## Neighborhood
Martina Franca is a hilltop town towards the Northern end of the Itria valley. The town itself has a beautiful centro storico with some impressive baroque architecture. The countryside surrounding the town is dotted with lush farmland, masserie and trulli.
Martina is known as the citta del festivale – city of festivals – and during the Summer months there are parades, celebrations and a rich cultural programme of art and opera. The festival of San Martino, the patron saint of Martina, is in early July and the whole town seems to turn out in the centro storico for the parade

Transit
Nearby towns:
From the trullo you are within easy driving distance of all the main attractions of the Itria valley, as far South as Brindisi and as far North as Bari. You can also make a longer day trip, or an overnight trip, down to the Salentine peninsula to visit Lecce, Gallipoli and the surrounding coasts.
Beaches:
Martina is in the hills in the centre of the region, so is about halfway between the two coastlines. We tend to prefer the Adriatic coast, which is about 30 minutes drive away, with the famous 'white city' of Ostuni and the natural reserve of Pozzo Gauceto.. The Ionian coast is beautiful much further South. The beaches near Salve are meant to be the best sandy beaches.

-TOURIST CITY TAX: Euro 0.80 per person per night (maximum 5 nights), Children under 12 free of charge to be paid in cash upon arrival
-The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign an occupation agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter (due to Italian Police regulations).
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM.
***As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
***Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
***Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost of €50 and it's subject to availability of the landlord, please send a request at least 24h in advance.
