This lovely and modern 1-bedroom flat is located in a great area, in the heart of Gzira.
On the third floor with a lift, it consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a large smart TV, dining table and kitchen with an island, equipped with everything (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.).
The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed bed.
To finish off the facilities, there is a large terrace, high-speed internet wifi , AC and a washing and a dryer machine.
Up to 4 people, it's perfect for families, couples or groups of friends!

## Neighborhood
The area is replete with all types of shops: restaurants, bars, clubs and supermarkets. The sea, promenade, yacht marina, garden and playing field is 5 minutes walk away. Manoel Island and Tigne Point are lovely swimming spots nearby. A fashionable getaway in the heart of Malta’s most cosmopolitan district. The apartments are 25 minutes away from the Malta International Airport and twenty minutes away from Valletta. Paceville, the vibrant, lively town of nightlife and exciting entertainment options, lies only 25 minutes away. The apartments are served with two bus stops right on the doorstep going either direction. The central location and the bus stops make the apartments homes easily accessible by all public transport from across the island making it much easier for our guests to commute throughout their stay.
## Getting around
This accommodation is close to nightlife, 5 minutes walk to the promenade, and served by north and southbound bus stops (Rizzo) right on the doorstep. Valletta is 25 minutes away by bus/car, Sliema 10 minutes walk and Paceville, St. Julians 20 minutes by bus. A 12 minute walk from the apartment home, along the Gzira Sliema promenade will take you to the Sliema Ferry shuttle service to Valletta. The ferry crosses the Grand Harbor, one of Malta's greatest geographical assets, to Valletta giving the passengers the opportunity to enjoy the views of the bastions and forts built by the Kinghts Of St. John.

Environmental Contribution
As announced in the 2016 Budget, the Government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on stays at all types of accommodation as from June 20th, 2016. The main objective of this Environmental Contribution is to improve quality along the tourism value chain. In fact, all revenue generated from this initiative will be directed solely and exclusively to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands. The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, villas, timeshare and host families, amongst others.
The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
A heads up that during the nice season ants is a common problem on the island. We do provide ants traps and repellent spray which normally work well, but expect to see some ants during your trip!

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged. 
The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages may be charged.
Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
