Access
The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Neighborhood
Borgo Ognissanti is one of the most famous and historic streets of Florence , full of small shops typical ancient Florentine craftsmanship, here you can still feel the atmosphere of the authentic Florence!

Getting around
You do not need any public transport because the apartment is close to all the most important attractions of Florence : Duomo square, Uffizi museum, The Old Bridge, Santa Croce Square etc.

NOTES
Important Information for Guests:
Tourist City Tax: Euro 5.50 per person per night (maximum 7 nights). Children under 12 stay free of charge.
The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will need to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes. All guests must present a valid ID upon check-in, as required by Italian Police regulations.
Stays exceeding 30 nights will require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) in accordance with Italian law.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially after 11 pm.
No outsiders are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval, to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general cleaning at check-out. Please keep the apartment reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is left clean (no dirty dishes or food left over). Additional costs may be charged if the apartment is not left in an acceptable condition.
Italian households have an electricity power limit. Please avoid using too many appliances simultaneously to prevent tripping the main switch. The main switch will be shown to you upon arrival.
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Feminine products or other materials can clog the septic system, and damages may result in additional charges.
Heating systems are activated from November 1st to April 15th due to municipal regulations.
Lost keys or getting locked out will incur a fee of Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays exceeding 30 days, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills in addition to the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.

The flat is inside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Ask me all the info you need about parkings!
