The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Check out is at 10am. There is a house alarm which is disabled during the visit. And activated upon departure.

Neighborhood
You will find all amenities within the vicinity of the apartment.
Coviran supermarket is on the corner of the street adjacent to the apartment. Cafe's, bars, pharmacy and bus stops (Number 1, 20 and 30).
Mercardo Salamanca is a 4-minute walk for your fresh produce.
Getting around
You can easily access the city centre, bus station and train station on foot. However, bus stops are minutes away. Private parking is provided with the property.
Notes
***IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION***
Smoking, pets, and parties are prohibited. Please keep noise levels down, especially in the evening and after 11 pm, to respect our neighbors. Written approval is required for visitors to prevent violating police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; ensure the place is tidy and the kitchen is clean to avoid additional charges. Only flush toilet paper, as feminine products can damage the septic system. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of Euro 100 per set. For stays over 30 days, clients are responsible for additional bills based on actual usage.

Please adhere to the following community rules:
1. Clotheslines or ropes visible from outside, on facades, terraces, or interior patios, are not permitted. Objects on windows that could fall onto the street are also prohibited. Additionally, throwing objects or litter out of windows or terraces, and pouring water outside, are not allowed.
2. Interior patios should not have furniture, tables, chairs, or any objects placed within them. Informal gatherings and using these areas for leisure, rest, or recreation purposes are prohibited.
3. Portals, corridors, and stairs are common walkways and must be kept clear at all times. No objects, garbage bags, bicycles, or boxes are to be placed in these areas.
4. Garbage should not be deposited in community bins. Domestic waste must be placed in sealed plastic bags and deposited in the appropriate containers located outside the building.
5. Corridors, stairs, and garage areas must be kept clean and free of materials and rubbish.
6. Home appliances that generate noise or music, such as vacuum cleaners, washing machines, TVs, radios, and music equipment, should be used in a manner that does not disturb neighbors, especially during designated quiet hours.
7. The garage is not to be used as a recreation area. It is reserved for vehicle parking only, with no other objects stored within the space. Parking spaces must remain unobstructed and free from brick walls, partitions, or any other enclosures.
8. Parking vehicles or storing objects in pathways and other common areas not designated for parking is prohibited. Depositing materials, utensils, or any objects in these areas is also not allowed.
