Access will be granted only to the number of guests specified in the original booking; any additional guests beyond this number will not be permitted to check in.

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.

Immediate Eviction Policy
Please be aware that we have a strict policy regarding disturbances. In the event of:
Unauthorised guests on the premises,
Noise disturbances, or
Any other disruptive behaviour,
you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Check in hours: 3pm-9pm.
Late check-in is between 9pm and 11pm at a cost of £30
NOTE: Late check-in is subject to availability and must be requested and paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Arrivals after 11pm are not possible unless agreed in advance.
