The property is fully equipped to high standards and forms part of an eye-catching modern converted classical Victorian building which is ideally located in the popular suburb Pieta on a short walking distance to the marina and a wide selection of amenities such as a pharmacy, groceries, snack-bars, convenience shops.

Space
Beautiful, central 1. bedroom apartment in the heart of Pieta. Upon entering the apartment our guests are welcomed by a large and bright living area, with a flat large TV, a comfortable sofa-bed (for 2 extra guests) and a modern open space kitchen, fully equipped with Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.. Also included in this apartment a beautiful bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, and a nice balcony, accessile from both living room and bedroom, and a washing machine.

Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Check-in is available from 3 PM to Midnight, facilitated by self-check-in.
Please request and obtain approval for any early or late check-ins at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time.

We are at your complete disposal to answer any questions before and during your stay. We have many tips for the city and its surroundings.

Neighborhood
Tal-Pietà is a coastal town, and an old boathouse of notable historic interest (now in use as a restaurant) is located on the waterfront. Also of historic interest, and visible in several old prints, is the little chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows, which dates from the seventeenth century, still in active use today. The parish church, however, goes back only to 1968. It is dedicated to Our Lady of Fatima and is run by the Dominican Order.
In the area you will find many food stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
Also, the most attractive point, is the side walk next to the marina where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views, also admire boats and luxurious yachts.
This special apartment is in the centre and in front of the harbour, many amenities such as convenience stores, coffee shops, kebab shops are at a walking distance from the apartment block.
It is a lively neighbourhood and the promenade which is opposite is amazing for a walk with friends and family.

Getting around
The bus stop called 'Gwardamangia' is just round the corner at about 100m.
Valletta is only around 5 minutes by bus whilst St Julians is not more than 15 minutes making it a perfect base for anywhere you want to visit in Malta !

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.

While we ensure these appliances are in working order upon your arrival and will do our best to rectify any issues that arise, we cannot be held responsible if spare parts are unavailable or specialized contractors are not immediately available; 3) noises caused by neighbors, construction sites, or anything not directly related to the property itself.
